How will my pages be optimized so search engines can find them?
The MOST important - Your pages will be search engine optimized with title, description and keyword metatags.  Search engines use these three things to index your pages.  We optimize ALL of your pages, not just the main page.

Will my site be submitted to search engines?
We submit your site to the major search engines.  We do not use automated software services to submit your site.  Submission services do not work and can cause existing sites to lose position.

Where will my applications page be located?
We place your apps page on your site, where only you can access your customer leads.  Your apps come to you in your email box.   Some designers locate the apps page offsite or on the designer's site.  This should send up a red flag.  Many, but not all designers with sites set up like this, also sell mortgage leads to lenders.  With your apps page accessible to those on THEIR site, we think this could be a big conflict of interest.

Should I have my own domain name?
It is vital that you have your own domain name.  Never have a site located as a sub-web on the designer's site.  Not only could they have access to your apps, the search engines will never find your page on a large site with multiple lenders.  Most design-it-yourself sites will host your page on a sub-web sites with many other lenders.  We have lender domain names for sale - Click here.

Should I use a full 1003 application online?
Don't be tempted to use a full 1003 online. The form is so large that a potential borrower will tired of filling out the form and leave your site.  We only use a Mini 1003.  It is easy to fill out, but still gives the lender enough information to prequal the borrower.

Should I use mortgage calculators on my site?
We don't recommend using calculators on your site.  If your site calculators tell a borrower they qualify for a specific loan amount, etc., your borrower may be upset if they don't actually qualify for the amount indicated on the calculator.

Should I post daily interest rates on my site?
We don't recommend posting interest rates on your site.  Daily updates and rate posting can be very expensive for the lender.  Also, rate posting can be a problem when the borrower finally locks their loan and your site gives a different rate.
